Capabilities

Capabilities

What you can configure today from Arc Forge Console for your managed agent. Availability may depend on your subscription tier; the Console shows what is enabled for your account.

Outcome

Know which areas of Console to open for setup, integrations, and health checks before you change production workflows.

Console areas

  • Account and billing — plan, payment status, and account details.
  • Model provider — connect the OpenAI / ChatGPT account your agent uses (including device-code sign-in when required). See Get set up.
  • Devices — enroll macOS, Windows, or Linux hosts with the companion installer and confirm a Ready status. See Get set up.
  • Agents and connectors — assign integrations to an agent and review readiness badges.
  • Customize → Integrations — per-channel setup for Google Workspace, Telegram, email (Stalwart), and iMessage where your plan includes them.

Integrations

Integration Console path Guide
Google (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) Customize → Integrations → Google Google integration
Telegram Customize → Integrations → Telegram Telegram integration
Email (Stalwart) Customize → Integrations → Stalwart Configure in Console; contact support if the card is missing for your plan
iMessage Customize → Integrations → iMessage macOS bridge required; configure in Console

After connecting a service, run the Console connection or delivery probe on that integration card and wait for a success state before testing with live traffic.

Verify

  • Integration cards show Active, Connected, or Ready (exact label varies by channel).
  • Device enrollment shows Ready on the Devices page.
  • A test message or probe succeeds using the steps in the integration guide.

Support

If a capability is missing from your Console but you expect it on your plan, open a ticket with your account email and the integration name. See Fix a problem.
