To stay fast and private, Arc Forge handles documents in two layers. Most of the time you don't need to think about them — but knowing the difference helps if something goes wrong.
Before you start
- Your plan includes advanced vision capabilities.
- The images live in a connected Google Drive or local companion folder.
When images won't load
If your agent says images are missing or unreadable, check these three things in order.
Check the image format
Make sure the images are standard web formats — PNG, JPEG or WEBP.
Check sharing permissions
Confirm your Drive or folder sharing settings don't block your agent from reading the images, and that the Google integration is Active.
Check write access for edits
If your agent is editing images, make sure the destination folder allows it to save changes.
