Get set up
Set up your account, sign in to your AI model provider, and add your first secure device — so your agent is ready to work.
Your account & access
Everything starts in the Console dashboard. From there you manage your subscription, set up your agent, add secure devices, and open support sessions. You don't need to touch anything technical — the dashboard is designed to keep internal settings tucked safely out of sight.
Sign in to your model provider
Your agent uses an AI model provider (Codex / ChatGPT) to think. You sign in once so it can use your account.
Open your OpenAI security settings
In your OpenAI / ChatGPT account settings, open the Security tab.
Turn on device code authorization
Find Device Code Authorization and switch it to Enabled.
Try signing in again
Come back to Arc Forge Console and retry sign-in from the Model Provider card.
Add a secure device
A device is the computer your agent runs on. You can add a Mac, Windows or Linux machine.
Start enrollment
In the dashboard, go to Devices and choose Enroll New Device.
Run the installer
Follow the secure companion installer steps for your operating system.
Wait for the green light
Console runs a quick connection check and shows a green Ready indicator when the device is good to go.
