How Arc Forge works
How Arc Forge works
A quick tour of the two pieces behind your AI assistant — the Console you log into, and the agent that does the work — and how they stay secure.
The two parts
Arc Forge Console is the website you log into. It's your control panel — it manages your subscription and billing, your account details, your connected tools, and the secure devices you've added. Anything you set up happens here.
Your agent is the AI assistant that actually does the work. It runs in its own private, secure space, set up exactly the way you configured it in Console. You don't manage it directly — you tell Console what you want, and your agent follows those settings.
What stays private
Arc Forge is built so that the things you can see — in the dashboard, in this help centre, in a support ticket — are always safe to show. That includes account names, the tools you've switched on, connection status, and your next steps.
Where to go next
The guides are grouped so you can jump straight to what you need:
- Get set up — your account, model sign-in, and adding a device.
- Connect your tools — Google, Telegram, and how images in documents work.
- Fix a problem — quick answers and how to package a support request safely.
