Connect Google

Connect Google

Connect Google Workspace or a personal Google account so your agent can work across Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.

Before you start

  • A personal Google account, or a Google Workspace account.
  • An active Agents Go, Plus, or Ultra plan.
  • For a work account with strict policies, your Workspace admin may need to approve access.

Connect it

  • Choose what to share

In Console, pick the Google services your agent needs — for example Gmail, Calendar, or Drive. You can choose only what you're comfortable with.

  • Pick the easy lane

Choose the authentication lane. Most people should pick Arc Forge-managed sign-in — the simple, public option. Enterprise customers using their own Google OAuth client are routed through a dedicated support lane.

  • Approve in your browser

Complete Google's standard approval screen in your browser, allowing access to the services you chose. This is the regular Google consent screen that lists the scopes you selected.

  • Let Console check it

Console automatically runs a quick check to confirm the connection is live and working. No action needed from you.

  • Check it worked

    Beta services

Some Google services are still completing Google's verification, so they connect in Beta. You can use them now — Console shows a Beta tag on each one. For the general idea, see Beta integrations; the Google-specific steps are below.

These Google services currently connect in Beta. Each is linked here from its What to expect link in Console.

    If you contact support

If Google won't connect or shows "action needed", send us this — and nothing sensitive:

    • The Google services you selected (e.g. Gmail, Calendar).
    • Your Google account email (the label only — never a token).
    • Whether the error happened during approval, or during the connection check.
